This week's Mindset is "Enjoying The Ride." We cover that the only thing in life that is constant is change, meaning everything dissolves. Our relationships, work life and frienships. Our relationship with ourselves, everything. Grasping on to what was, or preventing what will be is the cause of our suffering. So how do we fight back? With the practice of Non-Attachment; having no fear of losing what is was or not clinging to the hope that it last forever but rather fully diving into the moment and just enjoying the ride!
